Today is canada day. I used to raised fund for the community. Back here I still recall this special day.July is the anniversary month as well. When we moved in Erh mei last year, we don't know anybody, now we have lots of friends.I presume where ever you go to new area, it takes time to know the local people, where the market is, where is the nearest post office.....Richardean said staying in Erh mei is worse than staying in vancouver as there is no shopping mall nearby, totally inthe country! As the public transport is not convenient, I am not used to it, but now I consider myself a farmer.Friends from vancouver came and amazed my knowledge with plants.I just learned from the local people. I don't do shopping clothes now as a pair of jean & t- shirt just suit me fine. No TV means I can spend times on writing proposal, doing my favorite baking. I love travel, but now I am fully occupied with my B&B and association. I have given out 60 boxes of name card, each boxes is 100 pc, so it means 6000 pc name card have delivered, it's frightening ,isn't it? Trees we grown last year is growing quite well as well. At least we see more green around the area. The interior is more like a home. More peoples get to know one house 3 looks, I'm quite pleased with myself.
